Engagement report

Early warning for teams that are disconnecting.

The report is built from what people do in the product: intros watched, two-way connections and answers recorded.

  • Weekly active, intros watched and connections per person (medians), with change against the prior 30 days.
  • Groups, not people: no one is named, and groups under 8 are left out.
  • A trend of activated members over time.
  • CSV export.

By department

See which parts of the company are thriving and which have gone quiet.

Scores by department, and a map of which departments meet each other. Built to spot silos, never to single out a person.

  • Scores blend intros watched, two-way connections and answers recorded.
  • Early signs of disconnection, such as no intro watched in 14 days, as a count with change against the prior period.
  • Departments under 8 people are left out, so a score can never point at one person.

Departments and silos

See which teams never meet each other.

Compare departments against a target, then check the who-meets-whom heatmap to find silos between teams.

  • Engagement score by department, with a dashed target line.
  • A heatmap of how many people met someone in each other team this month.
  • Low cells point to silos worth a joint offsite or a shared playlist.

Connection Score and retention

See how connected your team is becoming, cohort by cohort.

Every intro watched becomes a connection. Connections roll up into a Connection Score you can compare with your own 90-day retention. Connectivity is 40%, activation 35% and recognition equity 25%, all public.

  • A 90-day trend for the score and its three components.
  • Retention by hire cohort, measured against real start dates from your HRIS (Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, Rippling and more).
  • Spark gets an activation-only score, labeled as such.
Reports that arrive on their own

A monthly HR digest and a quarterly ROI report.

The numbers come to you, so reviewing belonging does not depend on someone remembering to log in.

  • Monthly HR digest on Growth and up.
  • Quarterly CEO and CFO ROI report on Scale and up.
Manager view · Scale and up

Managers see how their own team is doing.

Every manager of 8 or more sees their team's overall picture as counts, never names, as a nudge for the next team meeting. Individuals only ever see their own numbers.

Recording

Record in under a minute.

Answer a prompt on camera in one take, anywhere from 5 to 60 seconds. No editing and no scripts.

  • Pre-built prompts, so nobody faces a blank page.
  • Answer one prompt or all of them. More answers make a richer profile.

AI intelligence · Growth and up

Ask your organization a question.

Every video is transcribed, summarized and tagged, so finding a person is a search and no one has to write a bio.

Concierge search

Ask who has mentioned React, or who has worked in fintech, and get real people from what they said on camera.

Summaries and topic tags

The video is the source of truth. Anthropic's Claude writes a short summary and topic tags for each one.

Directory and HRIS sync

Stays in sync with your real org.

Manual org chart on Spark. Directory sync on Growth. Full employment-lifecycle sync on Scale.

Directory sync · Growth and up

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Slack. Bulk-invite people and keep the org chart current automatically.

HRIS sync · Scale and up

BambooHR, HiBob, Rippling, Gusto or Justworks feed real hire dates, so cohort retention is measured from the start date.

SCIM · Scale and up

SCIM 2.0 provisioning for users and groups, with a token you can rotate or revoke at any time.

Portable video profile · every plan

A shareable card with one video.

Any teammate can create a public link that shows their name, title and one video they chose. It never shows email, teammates, the org chart or other videos.

Create the link, pick the video, copy it, and revoke it any time from Settings. Admins can turn off link sharing for the whole organization.

Admin and moderation

Run by your HR or People team.

Member management

Bulk-invite from Google Workspace or Slack, promote admins, and deactivate departed teammates.

Report and block

Every video can be reported or blocked. Flagged content lands in a moderation queue for a person to review.

Seats you control

Billing counts people who signed in within 90 days. Invited and synced people are never billed until they sign in.
