WHY THE MINIMUM
DOLLAR FLOOR

Growth and Scale each carry a monthly dollar minimum, not just a per-seat price: Growth is billed at the $99/mo minimum until you pass 25 active members ($99 ÷ $4/seat), and Scale is billed at the $299/mo minimum until you pass 43 active members ($299 ÷ $7/seat, rounded up). Past those counts, you simply pay the per-seat rate for every active member. The minimum only ever protects the floor — it never charges you for seats you don't have.

The annual discount (−18%) applies to the per-seat rate; the dollar minimum floor stays the same either way.

PEOPLE ASK

What counts as an active, billed seat?
A member who has signed in within the last 90 days. Members who only exist in your org chart — invited, imported from a directory sync, or listed for org-chart purposes but who've never actually signed in — are never billed.
Can we switch tiers later?
Yes — upgrading or downgrading is self-serve from the admin console at any time. Stripe prorates the difference automatically; there's no sales call required to change plans.
Do you support enterprise sign-in?
We offer Google & Microsoft sign-in, enforced MFA, and SCIM provisioning on Scale and Enterprise — not a dedicated enterprise identity-federation connection. If your org specifically requires federating logins against your own identity provider, talk to us before you buy so we can be upfront about whether that's a fit today.
