Mucho gusto is Spanish for “nice to meet you.” It is what we want every employee to say, and mean, to every coworker.
Why we exist
Companies grow, teams spread out, and people end up working beside strangers. A profile photo and a job title do not make anyone feel known.
Mucho Gusto gives every employee a short video intro and a swipe feed to browse the company. It gives HR an early view of who is connecting and who is not, so the follow-up can be kind and timely.
We are not a food app or a dating app, despite the name. We are a B2B product for HR and People teams, used every day by employees across the organization.
